In August of 2015, the coordinator and a small group of Women in Natural Sciences students traveled to Cusco, Peru to complete a service abroad project and to immerse themselves into the Andean culture and lifestyle. The WINS Program Coordinator-Elizabeth Morgan, along with Victoria Petruzzi, Ashley Nguyen, Julia Serna, Rachel Obimah, Alexis Kennedy, Angie Choudhury, Jordan Cahill, and Sakyla Barfield-Wiltz all thoroughly enjoyed their Peruvian adventure.
